The gentle kitten purrs in pleasure,
As you reach and touch her heart.
A flower falls into the grass,
Sweet nectar for the ant.
The butterfly is testing her wings,
Hopeful flutter of the instant.
The owl looks onward with a smile,
Sweet life today, sustained.
What separates the hawk from buzzard?
What difference between pigeon and dove?
Does not the miracle of the moth in flight,
Reflect the butterfly in the night?
In me, I see the beauty of you,
In you, the miracle of me.
We float off into the clouds, so soft,
Together, beauteous reflections of life.
