A Bountiful Harvest

March 11, 2007

For an instant, I close my eyes

Bronze skies rise above an alien plane
Mystery shrouds the sacred game
Colors of desire pull at my heart
Righteous beliefs call out my name

If the union of souls creates
When the glorious light abates
Then tell me why your spirit waits
Come, enter heaven's ancient gates

At the place where love sleeps
There, the Son quietly weeps
Come; enter Love's new heart
As I beckon you to make a start

Place where the ancient songs flow
Dancing with angels, beauteous glow
Deeper within is where you know
Bountiful harvest, sown where you grow
