Winter winds down
But not without a final blow
Snow falling freely
On the quiet streets below

As they wake from the long sleep
The townspeople find release
In the quiet of the newfallen snow
A wondrous sense of peace

Moments in freedom from worry
No need to work today
They'll don their warmest suits
And venture outside to play

The moments of quiet are here
Glistening reflections of light
Alive in glorious love
Aglow in a wondrous sight
