Manners

February 4, 2009

Expectancies dwell
In the minds of the masses
Manners, mores, beliefs, wonderings
Judged for good
Judged for ill
It is their simplistic way

To expand beyond
The limits of expectations
Experiential assuredness
Is a frequent wish
Beyond the simplistic
Where judgment wanes

Walking in karma
She nudges and points the way
But the huddled masses
Find comfort behind
The tall row of hedges

Hedging the truth
The mysteries stay frozen
As they dwell within
Judgments, expectations
And manners
