I climbed to the top of the mountain
and saw a little flag.
It read:

I swam to the bottom of the ocean
and found an note in a bottle.
It read:
  Love is stronger than fear

I flew on the wisps of the wind;
looked down and saw the writing in a cloud.
It read:
  Love is stronger than fear

I spoke with a friend who was afraid;
helped her find a tiny piece of hope.
I said:
  Love is stronger than fear

And yet,
today,
I am afraid...

So I remind myself again:
  Love is stronger than fear
