Sunlight Through the Clouds

September 16, 2005

A brick removed this day
Dismantling the wall
Wall of time we built so tall
Bricks of fear we learn to lay

The wall became our comfort
The will became our strength
The wall, it was unmovable
The wail, sweet distant song

The walls we have created
To keep away the pain
Have kept us in aloneness
Have pushed away the rain

My healer is my teacher
My teacher learns to love
We open a hole in the clouds
Feel the sunlight from above
