Desire of the Full Moon

August 19, 2005

The fullness of the moon on the horizon
Enshrouded by subtle clouds, shining through the haze
Sets forth a light of mystery, attracts the deepest heart
Misery waits in the realm of desire; I shiver in the impending chill

The stillness of the dark quiet of midnight
Enmeshed in the web that attracts, eerie weary soundlessness
Makes ready the deceit of the ancient dark thoughtlessness
Desire guides the depths to despair, inevitable bliss of death.
