Expansion

These are exciting and vibrant times. The growth of social networking, the Internet, and global communication have created and are creating an environment where the flow of information and ideas are increasingly open and pervasive.

As we communicate in a global arena, connecting with like minds and souls, as we have access to higher thought, to wisdom, to knowledge, we are given an opportunity to access virtually any level of thought. We are manifesting a world that has far fewer limits as the accessibility of both information and kindred walkers on the path increases.

As we grow in consciousness individually, so we grow in consciousness as a connected whole. This expansion is providing the opportunity for even further expansion. The ripples, the cause, the effect, the circles of growth, are progressive. The rates of change and growth are accelerating.

Engrained in each of us are certain deep instinctual drives, to grow, to understand, and to connect. These drives, these desires, these needs, are present in all of us. Like the automatic thoughts that cause our hearts to beat or our eyes to blink, these thoughts create a pull in us. These impulses help to form our conscious thoughts and drive us to think other thoughts and take actions in support of those needs to grow, to understand, and to connect.

The engrained needs we all share coupled with the availability and accessibility of knowledge and communication through the Internet and social media are providing the environment which allows for and fosters collaboration, growth, and expansion.

This environment, actualized and utilized by increasing numbers of people is resulting in higher levels of understanding, awareness, and enlightenment. People are, with increasing frequency, waking to heightened states of knowing.

The number of people partaking in this environment of growth and change is increasing exponentially. What began simply as an environment for socializing (hence the term social network) is becoming more and more a place to learn, to connect, to love, and to live. As social networks become more “societal networks,” more time and attention is given them.

This phenomenon is fueled in large part by the overwhelming desire of increasing numbers of people to find a new way to live. A combination of dissatisfaction with the old and the unquenchable desires for knowledge, growth, and real and true connections, is resulting in unprecedented participation worldwide. People are participating, learning higher ideals, and putting those ideals into practice.

As we live the higher ideals of love, of oneness, of peace, of purpose and fulfillment, we truly change the world by our thoughts, intents, and actions. As the world is changed, more people notice, get curious, and join the ongoing evolution. A rising and new renaissance is occurring.

This expansion affects progressively more areas of our lives, individually, societally, and collectively. There is occurring, a sweeping force (the Flow) affecting all in its current, its ripples, its wake. It's difficult for many of us to maintain our composure. For that's precisely the purpose – to move us from the comfort of our composure to the place of change.

Maintaining the status quo no longer is an option. Change requires change. Change requires flexibility. Change requires willingness. Change requires submission to the forces that move and guide the change. We will do well to remember that the change is beyond the scope of any one individual person. We're changing not only for ourselves but for the good of humankind – for the Oneness of which we all are a part.

We're moving into a new era. We're growing in understanding, in awareness, in love, in recognition of the truth of who we are. We're evolving into new creations. Awakening, enlightenment, awareness – all these terms mean essentially the same thing; we are moving to a new level of evolution.

It's widespread, it's sweeping, it's pervasive. As we grow in awareness of the true nature of who we are, individually, collectively, and as part of the Divine Whole, we change our perspectives, our priorities, and our principles. As we understand the way of love, we act in love, more and more, and we insist on not only offering, but accepting only love.

This change to the way of love changes everything. It becomes more difficult to tolerate unloving words, actions, or behaviors from ourselves or others. We're learning not to fight – to fight is not loving – we simply leave our unloving situations. It's harder to work for unloving bosses or companies, to stay in unloving relationships, to live in unloving homes.

Every time a choice is made for love, a choice to offer and accept only love, the world, the collective consciousness, the Oneness that we are all part of, is changed. And as we are all connected in this Oneness, as we, individually change and evolve, we collectively change and evolve.

Love is infectious. As more people commit, on a moment by moment basis, to choose love in all areas of their lives, more people are exposed to the way of love as they are the recipients of this love. Even they that have chosen lovelessness and have abandoned faith and hope can be moved in an act of pure and unassuming love.

Love heals, love moves, love changes, love flows. The love one shares with another changes not only the other but the one. In a transaction of love, both the giver and recipient of that love grow, evolve, and change.

As we turn away from unloving ways (fear, lack, wanting, sickness, harm), we cease the diminishment of ourselves that has been the way for millennia. Love has been in the world since the world began, but so have love's opposites. These unloving thoughts and actions held us collectively in a place of only slight and gradual growth.

As more of us choose love, both in giving and receiving, we stop the diminishment that was our way and we experience growth. This growth is collective, societal, and sweeping. Love is the agent of change that is fueling our evolution.

Humanity is changing to the way of love. We're living as the spiritual beings that we are, setting aside fear, doubt, judgment, and conflict – choosing love and peace. We're looking deeper within to find and live deeper truths. We're forgiving ourselves and others. We're setting priorities based on love, not selfishness or avarice. Each time we choose to uplift ourselves and others, we lift the whole of humanity.

Each act of love increases the love in our universe. Each act of love increases the love in both the giver and recipient. So long as we continue to choose love over lovelessness, we continue to raise the overall love of the universe. The Divine Flow is continually nudging and prompting us to love, and more of us are hearing and answering this call each day.

Many of us have already changed so completely that we scarcely remember what it used to be like to live in the old ways. Beyond a certain point, we couldn't go back to who we were even if we wanted to. This is the very essence of evolutionary change. There is no going back.

Our very nature is changed such that old thoughts and actions stop working for us. It's a progressive change. We must love more each day. To try and stop changing is far too painful. Having awareness of the way of love, love becomes the only viable and loving way. Love changes us so that our very nature is love. Love knows only love. Love is our way.

A time of true peace is being ushered in by the waves of healing and transformative love. Love is the catalyst, the fuel, the cause, the effect, the purpose, and the result. And we are love. Each and all of us. We are love.
